(c, d) The nuclear form of THOC5 was significantly reduced in the MEF from necdin KO mice, while the cytoplasm form of THOC5 was significantly increased. Data were mean ± SEM, n = 5, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, unpaired t-test. Equal amounts of protein from whole cell lysates were used in immunoblotting for the indicated proteins.
