GRIP1 binding and activation domains of GAC63. (A) The indicated GAC63 fragments were translated in vitro and tested in GST pull-down assays for binding to GST or GST-GRIP1(5-479). (B) CV-1 cells were transfected with 200 ng of GK1-LUC reporter plasmid and 200 ng of the indicated pM plasmid encoding Gal4 DBD or Gal4 DBD fused to GAC63 or the indicated GAC63 fragment.
