Severe cyclic nausea and vomiting over months Temporary relief of symptoms with hot bathing History of regular cannabis use (at least weekly, often >1 year) Resolution with cannabis cessation Abdominal pain Age less than 50 years

Weight loss of >5 kg Morning predominance of symptoms Normal bowel habits Negative medical work-up Male predominance
