Lettuce rinsate test. Transition metal-based MILs were evaluated for A capture and B recovery in lettuce rinsate samples prepared in three different viral elution buffers: phosphate-buffered saline pH 7.4 (PBS 7.4), Tris-glycine pH 9.5 (TG 9.5), and Tris-glycine-beef extract pH 9.5 (TGBE 9.5). These were compared to results achieved in pure PBS (PBS 7.4)
