Kaplan-Meier curves for overall survival in liver cancer patients with higher and lower expression levels of MMP10, PAI-1, VEGFA, IL-6, GDF15. Data were obtained from the Human Protein Atlas (https://www.proteinatlas.org/humanproteome/pathology). MMP10, PAI-1, VEGFA, IL-6 and GDF15 are SASP factors that were upregulated in response to arsenite exposure in the Huh-7 cells. The thresholds for higher and lower expressions were set automatically.
