Spinal cords from Oligo2-Cre RiboTag EAE mice at disease onset and naïve control mice were homogenized, and mRNA was isolated following immunoprecipitation with anti-HA antibodies targeting ribosomes. The purified mRNAs underwent Q-PCR analysis to validate RNA-Seq data from Figure 2.

(A) Demonstrates decreased expression of myelination-related genes in the EAE group, as indicated.

(B) Shows upregulation of genes associated with antigen processing and presentation in the EAE group.

(C) Indicates upregulation of interferon response genes in the EAE group.
