FISH of biotinylated chAB4 multisequence family clones to human male peripheral blood lymphocyte metaphase spreads. Shown are (A) FISH pattern of PAC 635H14, and (B) assignment of hybridizations to chromosomes 1, 3, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22 and Y, respectively. This hybridizing chromosome set is identical to that reported for YAC 857_b_10, in agreement with our own data. However, some differences were seen in the hybridization patterns with the other PAC clones; these are summarized in Table 3.
