Sequence frequency logos for the CaaX motif for FTase protein substrates enriched with different analogues. The sequence frequency logos show the last 4 amino acids, including the modified cysteine for the proteins enriched with each probe. Letter size is related to the frequency of the residue in the submitted sequences. Enriched proteins were ungrouped and substrates of FTase and GGTase I were separated.
