Non-pitting oedema in a patient with hypothyroidism. (A) Dorsal view of both hands showing swelling and thickening, consistent with non-pitting oedema. (B) Palmar view further demonstrates the characteristic features of non-pitting oedema, including diffuse swelling without indentation upon pressure. These findings are hallmark signs of severe hypothyroidism.
