Fig. 8 — PET/CT using ⁶⁸ Ga-PSMA-11 in a 69-year-old man with biochemical recurrence following intensity-modulated radiation therapy (cT3bN0M0, Gleason score 5 + 4). PSA level increased to 3.10 ng/ml. Focal uptake was observed in the left dorsal rib, but identification was challenging due to intense physiological uptake by the spleen.
