Temperature‐ and time‐dependent inactivation of WAS‐T2A‐GFP lentivirus. The cell‐free vector harvest, produced using stable GPRTGs producer cells in perfusion bioreactors, was incubated at both 4°C in a fridge and at 37°C in an incubator at a 5% CO₂ atmosphere, and subsequently frozen at −80°C at different time points. A half‐life of 6 h at 37°C and 153 h at 4°C was determined by a nonlinear regression using a one phase decay equation with a robust fit.
