Thin layer chromatography analysis of hydrolysis products of mannose oligo- and polysaccharides by rManEM6. Enzymatic hydrolysis of each substrate (0.5%, w/v) was performed either with (+lanes) or without (–lanes) ManEM6 in 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) at 40 °C for 12 h.
