For each condition, at least eight independent cultures were analyzed, and the error bars depict one standard error of the mean. (C and E) APOBEC3F or -G expression diminishes Ty1 or TyHRT retrotranspostion as monitored by luciferase activity. The conditions were identical to those described above.
