T cell chemokine receptor expression after peritoneal inflammation. SES-induced peritoneal inflammation was established in WT and IL-6-/- mice. At defined intervals, the peritoneal cavity was lavaged and the CD3+ infiltrate analyzed by flow cytometry for changes in CCR3, CCR4, CCR5, and CXCR3.
