Comparison of the flow-normalized SARS-CoV-2 RNA values (mean of the targets N1 and N2) measured by dPCR between TNA extracts with PCR inhibitor removal and five-fold dilution (PIR+D) (blue, circle) or undiluted TNA without PIR (w/o PIR+D) (red, square) derived from Ruhleben (n = 21) and Waßmannsdorf (n = 19).
