Immune screening of HSPCs after LNP treatment

(A) KSL populations were pooled from three mice and screened for 84 innate and adaptive immune markers by quantitative real-time PCR array 24 h after treatment with LNP^CFancc. Values are expressed as the binary logarithm of the fold change difference to the expression of the untreated WT population.
