Stoichiometry of Tn components in rabbit skinned cardiac muscle fibers after treatment (tr.) with recombinant human cTnT and after subsequent reconstitution with rabbit cTnI and cTnC (+ TnI⋅TnC). SDS/PAGE gels shown in Fig. 2 were analyzed by an optical densitometric scan.
