Three sets of primers amplified the expected product: 759 base pairs (bp) with primers A (lane 1, testis; lane B, chondrocytes; lane 3, negative control), 1,000 bp with primers B (lanes 5, 8, and 10), and 403 bp with primers C (lanes 4 and 7). Primers for actin also amplified an expected product of 226 bp (lanes 6, 9, and 11).
