Stu1p associates with itself in vivo. Whole-cell extracts from yeast strains CUY546 (lacking Stu1-myc) and CUY1385 (containing Stu1-myc) were immunoprecipitated with anti-myc antibody. Whole-cell extracts (WCE) and the immunoprecipitates (myc IP) were subjected to SDS-PAGE. The upper half of the gel was immunoblotted with anti-Stu1p antibody; the lower half of the gel was immunoblotted with anti-Tub2p antibody.
