The amount of NFκB DNA-binding complexes is not higher in c-jun−/− cells than in WT cells. Nuclear extracts prepared from cells of the three c-Jun genotypes were treated with c-DDP or TNF-α and were analyzed by EMSA for NFκB binding activity as in Figure 1.
