Breakpoints are shown separately for apparently intra-allelic rearrangements (red stars) and for putative interallelic transfers (black stars). The locations of matching regions in the donor allele in interallelic mutants are also indicated (white stars). Locations are defined as the center point of the repeat block involved in the rearrangement. If a mutant showed multiple events, then the central repeat of the entire region involved was taken as the breakpoint location.
