Competition of unlabeled oligodeoxynucleotides with a 32P-labeled d(GT)15 probe for binding the S.pombe Translin. Recombinant S.pombe Translin at a concentration of 5 nM was incubated with 1 nM of the 32P-labeled d(GT)15 probe in the presence of increasing concentrations of the indicated unlabeled oligodeoxynucleotides. Gel mobility shift assays were performed, as described in Materials and Methods. Only the upper parts of the gels, which contain the retarded band, are shown.
