(B) Nuclear extracts from U937 cells (15 μg) were incubated in the absence of antibody (lane 3) or in the presence of a PU.1-specific antiserum (lane 2) or the preimmune rabbit serum as a negative control (lane 1) before the addition of the site B oligonucleotide probe. The same probe was also incubated with whole-cell extracts from SF9 cells infected with an Ac-NVP-PU.1 recombinant baculovirus (PU.1 baculovirus, lane 4).
