Characterization of CD83 and TLR-2 expression by plasmacytoid dendritic (CD11c-) cells from blister fluid derived from erythema migrans lesions (EM) and blister fluid from lipopeptide (OspC-l)-injected skin lesions. DCs were identified as lineage-negative, HLA-DR+ cells and then further gated with respect to the expression of CD11c to identify plasmacytoid (CD11c−) subsets.
