Transplantation outcome in mice at different time points (Days 3 and 14)

On day 3, the negative and positive control groups showed tissue browning and firm texture. The treatment group had no signs of graft rejection. On day 14, all groups showed signs of graft rejection. The negative and positive control groups had complete rejection with black tissue and firm texture.
