Quantitative real-time RT-PCR for RDR6, RDR1, and RDR2 transcript levels in N. benthamiana lines carrying the RDR6i construct or an unrelated RNAi construct (GUSi). Mean values are based on four pools of five plants each. Error bars represent ses of the mean.
