The n columns depict the number of samples measured. All columns except the n columns are mean values. See Supplementary Tables S2, S3 for standard deviations. F %: mycorrhizal frequency in the root system, M %: intensity of the mycorrhizal colonization in the root system, A %: arbuscule abundance in the root system. Hill number 0 (H0) is equivalent to richness (number of Species), Hill number 1 (H1) to the exponential of the Shannon index and Hill number 2 (H2) to the inverse of the Simpson index. * For one sample, AMF community were characterized only from spore because sequences from roots were of too poor quality.
