In vitro growth curves of G59W and G59W540 glioma cells. For the in vitro proliferation assay, 20 000 cells from both the G59W and G59W540 cell lines were plated in a six well plate. For each time point, three samples were available for each cell line. Cells were counted at 18 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, five days, seven days, and nine days.
