(Left) Col-0 plants were grown with high-B media (+B) and transferred to low-B media (-B) at 1, 3, or 6 days before harvested. (Right) The Col-0 plants incubated with low-B media for 6 days (-B) were resupplied with high-B media (Re+B) for 1, 3, and 6 h. Accumulation of the BOR1 mRNA relative to Elongation Factor 1α (EF) mRNA in roots and shoots was determined.
