BOR1-GFP protein accumulation in response to B conditions. (A) Col-0 (WT) and P35S:BOR1-GFP transgenic plants (lines 15 and 18) were supplied with high-B (+B) or low-B media (-B) for 6 days. (B) P35S:BOR1-GFP transgenic plants (line 18) were grown with +B and transferred to -B at 1, 3, or 6 days before harvest. (C) P35S:BOR1-GFP transgenic plants (line 18) supplied with low-B media for 6 days (-B) were retransferred to high-B media (Re +B) and harvested at times as indicated. Five micrograms of microsomal proteins were used to prepare protein gel blots. An anti-GFP antibody was used for the detection. Numbers at right indicate molecular mass (kDa).
