Purification of WW domain-binding proteins. Proteins were precipitated from Jurkat cell lysate with the indicated fusion proteins as outlined in Materials and Methods. Precipitated proteins were separated on SDS-PAGs, and gels were stained with colloidal Coomassie blue to visualize proteins. One representative gel is shown here.
