At 6 h after drug treatment, cells were γ-irradiated where indicated. RNA was harvested 3 h later (9 h total TSA treatment time) and subjected to Northern blot analysis as described in the legend for Fig. 1. (B) Chromatin immunoprecipitations were performed as described in the legend for Fig. 6.
