Compounds 4b and 4c inhibited the LPS-stimulated mRNA expression of inflammatory genes. (A, B), qPCR assay of 4b and 4c. RAW264.7 cells were stimulated with 1 μg/mL LPS for 1 h, cocultured with 4b or 4c for 24 h, and then subjected to a qPCR assay.
