Effects of propofol preconditioning on GES‐1 cell viability under H/R conditions. (A) normoxic culture for 15 hours; H/R, hypoxia 3 hours/reoxygenation 12 hours; and propofol (1, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 μmol/L) preconditioning under hypoxia 3 hours/reoxygenation 12 hours.
