Cross-competition assay between l-Ser, l-Thr, and Gly: transport inhibition of each amino acid was determined by adding an excess (10 × KM value) for each amino acid tested. All data were shown as mean ± SD (n = 3). All experiments were replicated three times or more in three biological replicates.
