MO7e cells were infected with Ad.LCR-β-GFP, Ad.LCR-CMV-GFP, and Ad.HCA-CMV-GFP at an MOI of 300 genomes per cell. Twenty-four hours after infection, cells were plated onto 96-well plates with one cell per well (without sorting). Two weeks later, the plated cells were analyzed for GFP expression. The total number of colonies (n) and the number of colonies containing GFP-expressing cells were determined. Furthermore, the percentage of GFP-expressing cells per colony was estimated. The numbers of clones that contain more than 50%, 30 to 50%, 5 to 30%, or less than 5% GFP-expressing cells are shown.
