Note. Average knowledge of pharmacotherapies, attitudes towards pharmacotherapies and people with SUDs, and willingness to help someone with a SUD are presented with results of ANOVA analyses that were conducted to compare average knowledge of pharmacotherapies, attitudes towards pharmacotherapies and people with SUDs, and willingness to help someone with a SUD based on various participant demographic variables. Demographic cells with <10 participants were combined for analysis. ANOVAs were also conducted to compare participants’ knowledge of pharmacotherapies, attitudes towards pharmacotherapies and people with SUDs, and willingness to help someone with a SUD based on one’s personal substance use history, and experience with someone with a SUD. Bolded text indicates a significant difference based on ANOVA analyses, p<0.01.

a

Attitudes by gender differed significantly at p=0.007, but no significant differences at p<.01 were found by post hoc Tukey.

b

African Americans significantly differed at p<.001 and compared to AAPI and Hispanic/Latinx groups post hoc Tukey test. African Americans significantly differed at p<.001 compared to White, Other racial groups.
