^aPBMCs obtained from two different donors (donors 1 and 2) were used in experiments 1 and 2, respectively. Cells were infected with R5 HIV-1 (JR-FL) and incubated in the presence of various concentrations of TAK-220 and either 20% FBS alone or 40% HS plus 10% FBS.
