Phenotypic profiles of lethal and Ts– ARP1 alleles. All 45 ARP1 alleles were examined for growth phenotypes in the kip3-15 background. Ts– and lethal are shown here. Each allele was covered by a plasmid harboring wild-type ARP1 that was counterselected with 5-FOA at four temperatures. The slight growth at 23°C for arp1Δkip3Δ is typical of this strain background.
