MTT test for detecting the cell viability after treatment with kinase inhibitors. The cells were treated with curcumin, emodin, resveratrol, piceatannol or BTB14431 for 24 h at different concentrations (20 μM and 50 μM). As a control the cells were cultured with 0.1% DMSO.
