Early chemokine (A) and proinflammatory cytokine (B) levels in kidneys from TLR2+/+ (white bars) and TLR2–/– (black bars) mice subjected for 1 day to renal I/R injury. TLR2–/– mice have significantly reduced KC, MCP-1, IL-1β, and IL-6 levels in their kidneys as compared with kidneys from TLR2+/+ mice.
