(a) BV2 cells were treated with JQ1 (50 nM), and then, after 30 min, LPS (100 ng/mL) was added, and incubation was continued for 6 h. The conditioned medium was then transferred to murine neuronal HT22 cells, which were incubated for 24 h. Cell viability was assessed using an MTT assay.
