Pearson’s r and associated p value is reported for the correlation between [18F]FPEB (mGluR5) and [11C]UCB-J PET (synaptic density) DVR in each brain region. Fisher r-to-z transformation was used to compare correlation coefficients of CN and AD groups. The data were from 12 CN participants 15 participants with AD. * p < 0.05.
