Specificity of the anti-Kar2p antibody. Western blots of cell extracts from X-33 grown overnight in YPD (lane 1) and YPG (lane 2) were incubated with the rabbit anti-Kar2p antibody (1:1,000 dilution) as the primary antibody in the absence of the Kar2p peptide (A) or in the presence of the Kar2p peptide at a concentration of 10 mg/ml (B).
