a

32D cells overexpressing each transgene were induced to differentiate by the addition of G-CSF. On the indicated days, aliquots of the cells were cytospun and stained with May-Grunwald-Giemsa. The values are means of percentages of the indicated cells from three independent studies ± standard deviations.

b

−Zn, lacking zinc; +Zn, with zinc.
