pValue and % of confidence obtained in the statistical analysis. One-Way ANOVA was used to compare S1m results of the negative control, the lncRNA45WT and lncRNA45MUT pull-downs. Unpaired T-test was used to compare S1m results of the negative control with the lncRNA45 pull-down. The differences were considered significant when p < 0.05.
