Data Source: Data for genetic variants and nutrient intake based on 500 participants, with statistical analysis including genotype frequencies and mean nutrient intake levels for each group. Standard deviations (SD) are included for nutritional intake data. The associations for FADS1 rs174537 and VDR (Vitamin D receptor) rs2228570 did not reach the genome-wide significance threshold and represent candidate gene findings.
