Expression of the p53 isoforms in normal human tissue. (A) PCR to control primers' specificity to amplify p53 isoforms. Primers were designed to be amplified specifically by normal splicing, splice β, and splice γ and were assessed by PCR on cloned cDNA of Δ133p53, Δ133p53β, and Δ133p53γ.
