The single predictor model applied each variable separately to determine its individual impact on the association of SLIT2 vitreous and IRV z-score. In the multiple predictor model, all demographic variables (age, sex, and race) were additionally combined with medical variables. The complete model did not meet statistical significance (p=1328) but had a large effect size (f²=0.568) and sufficient power (84.0%, f²=0.2, α=0.05).
