Table 2: Predictor Effects on the Association of SLIT2 Vitreous and MoCA Score.

The single predictor model applied each variable separately to determine its individual impact on the association of SLIT2 Vitreous and MoCA Score. In the multiple predictor model, all demographic variables (age, sex, and race) were additionally combined with medical variables. APOE genotype and risk category were not included in the multiple predictor or complete models because the single predictor model did not find a significant association. The complete model did meet statistical significance (p=0.0141) with a large effect size (f2=0.391) and sufficient power (92.5%, f2=0.2, α=0.05).
